NHBC

Every home that is built by King & Johnston is covered by an extensive warranty from the National House Building Council (NHBC) which is an independent regulatory body for the UK housing industry.

The NHBC ten year warranty know as the Buildmark Cover is an insurance policy which covers specific risks up to ten years after completion.

All our homes are subject to regular inspections during construction by the NHBC to assure the quality of your new home.

The cover is transferable should you decide to move on and is an attractive selling feature.
